ଦୂରସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯାତାୟାତ କରିବାକୁ ଖୁବ୍ ମଜା ଲାଗେ। ଆଉ ଯଦି ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ମା’ ଥିବେ ତେବେ ମଜା ଦ୍ୱିଗୁଣିତ ହୋଇଯାଏ। ତେବେ ଗତବର୍ଷ ଏକ ପୁଅ ନିଜ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷୀୟା ମା’ଙ୍କୁ ସ୍କୁଟରରେ ତୀର୍ଥ କରାଇବାକୁ ନେଇଥିଲେ। ସେତେବେଳେ ଏହି ଘଟଣା ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ପରିସରକୁ ଆସିଥିଲା। ୩୯ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଡି.କୃଷ୍ଣ କୁମାର ନିଜ ଚାକିରି ଛାଡ଼ି ମା’ଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛା ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୭,୦୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ସ୍କୁଟର ଚଳାଇ ତୀର୍ଥ କରାଇଥିଲେ। କିଛି ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରି ‘କଳିଯୁଗର ଶ୍ରବଣ କୁମାର’ ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଥିଲେ।

ଏନେଇ କୃଷ୍ଣ କୁମାର କହିଛନ୍ତି ଦିନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଲାଗିଲା ଯେ ସାଧାରଣ ଭାବେ ବଞ୍ଚିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାପ୍ତ ଅର୍ଥ ରୋଜଗାର କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏବେ ସେ ମା’ଙ୍କ ସହ ସମୟ ବିତାଇବା ଉଚିତ। ଏଣୁ ସେ ମା’ଙ୍କୁ ତୀର୍ଥ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ନେବାକୁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଥିଲେ। ତୀର୍ଥରେ ଯିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେ ଚେତକ ସ୍କୁଟରର ପଛ ସିଟ୍କୁ ଟିକେ ଚଉଡ଼ା କରିଥିଲେ। ଫଳରେ ମା’ ତୀର୍ଥ ବେଳେ ଥକିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସବୁଠୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟର କଥା ହେଉଛି ଏବେ ବାଟ ଗଲା ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବଜାଜ୍ ଚେତକରେ କୌଣସି ସମସ୍ୟା ଦେଖାଇନଥିଲା। କେବଳ ୧୬,୦୦୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଯିବା ପରେ ଥରେ ପମ୍ପଚର ହୋଇଥିଲା।
